Supplemental coverage that helps offset costs associated with hospital stays, whether for planned or unplanned reasons. Payments made directly to you and benefits do not offset with medical insurance.

• Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees working 20+ hours/week, spouse and dependent children (up to age 26)

• Coverage through MetLife

• No health questions – Every Year!

• No pre-existing condition limitation or waiting periods

• Benefits do not coincide with health insurance payments and are made directly to you
